    What's New?

    We've merged Private Feedback into your Reviews Inbox, giving you a single, unified view of all customer feedback in one place. The separate Private Feedback page has been retired—everything now lives in Reviews.

    🎯 Why We Made This Change

    Previously, private feedback (submitted through your feedback forms) lived in a separate section from your public reviews. This meant you had to check two different places to stay on top of customer sentiment and respond to feedback.

    Now, everything is in one place—making it easier to:

    • See the complete picture of customer feedback at a glance
    • Respond to all feedback without switching between screens
    • Export all feedback together for reporting
    • Never miss important private feedback from customers

    ✨ Key Changes

    Private Feedback Now Appears in Your Reviews Inbox

    • Private feedback entries are clearly marked with a "Private" badge so you can easily distinguish them from public reviews
    • They show the same information you're used to: customer name, rating, message, and contact details (email/phone when available)

    New "Private Feedback" Quick Filter

    • A new quick filter button lets you instantly view only private feedback
    • The count updates dynamically based on your other active filters (like location, organization, or search)
    • Clear/reset filters now properly includes the quick filter

    Smart Quick Filter Counts

    • All quick filter counts (Flagged, Unanswered, Negative, Private Feedback) now respect your applied filters
    • For example, if you filter by a specific location, the quick filter counts will show accurate numbers for just that location
    • This gives you a true picture of what needs attention within your current view

    Respond to Private Feedback Directly

    • Click "Respond" on any private feedback to send an email reply to the customer
    • Uses the same AI-assisted reply generation you know from regular reviews
    • Respond button only appears when the customer provided an email address

    Export Includes Private Feedback

    • When you export reviews, private feedback is now included
    • Email and phone information from private feedback is included in exports
    • Use the "Private Feedback" quick filter to export only private feedback if needed

    💡 Tips for Your Team

    1. Use the Quick Filters - Toggle between "Private Feedback", "Unanswered", "Negative", and "Flagged" to prioritize your response queue
    2. Filter by Location First - The quick filter counts will update to show only relevant feedback for the selected location—great for multi-location businesses
    3. Export for Reporting - Use filters + export to create targeted reports (e.g., "all private feedback from Location X this month")
    4. Look for the Badge - The "Private" badge makes it easy to spot private feedback at a glance in any view
    5. Check for Email - The Respond button only appears on private feedback when the customer provided an email address

    This also allows us to offer SMS credits in our regular plans, without any changes to prices.

    Which means, More Value = More Growth 🚀 at the Same Price.

    All Repuva plans include a set number of SMS review requests, depending on the plan. You still have the option to purchase additional credits as an add-on.

    The new default prompts are:

    2. Quick & Grateful - Grateful replies that feel directly coming from a human (best for positive reviews)
    3. Warm and Conversational - Gives more warm & heartfelt replies while keeping tone friendly
    4. Professional & Polished - Best for professional & sophisticated replies
    5. Problem Solver - Best for negative reviews (1-3 stars)
    6. Natural Flow - The new beast that gives natural, unique replies

    You can also combine these prompts with your business data & other elements via custom AI prompts. Refer to the guide below for detailed instructions & prompts.

  4. 💬 Bulk Auto-Respond to Old Reviews

    You can now automatically reply not only to new incoming reviews, but also to old reviews from the past, making your review profiles up to date.

    How to use it?

    Go to Settings → Auto Respond → open an existing auto-respond rule or create a new one → enable Old Reviews.

    Features:

    • Drip feeding rule to make it look natural, i.e., respond to 10 reviews/day
    • Make it auto-approve to reduce your workload
    • You're in complete control and can pause/stop the rule anytime

    Tagging reviews has now been updated to make it much easier to search, select, and update tags per review. Hopefully, this will make the process much easier and less rigid for all the customers.

  6. 🤖 AI Review Assistant - Write Authentic Reviews with AI

    New Feature

    Today, we launched one of the most powerful & premium AI features: AI Review Assistant. This feature allows you to generate reviews using AI based on a step-by-step question/answer flow.

    This data is then used to generate an authentic, natural-sounding review that the customer can then copy and paste onto any review site.

    The platform does all the heavy lifting in terms of making sure reviews are unique, natural etc.

    This feature comes with the ability to control tone, provide business context, generate questions/suggestions, as well as include SEO keywords.

    The AI Review Assistant feature will start to appear within the feedback form designer "Get More Reviews > Feedback Form".

    1. Turn ON the AI Review Assistant
    2. Tell AI about your business
    3. Set questions for your customers to know about their experience.
    4. Set SEO keywords that AI naturally infuses within the reviews.
    5. That's it! Your AI assistant is ready to help your customers get a prewritten personalized review.

  9. SMS Invites are now available as an Add-on

    Announcement

    Now, SMS invites are available for all Advanced and Premium plan users. By default, all plans have 0 SMS credits because not all industries require the SMS channel.

    Businesses that feel the need to implement SMS review requests into their campaigns can purchase SMS credits on top of their subscription.

    What's new?

    • Now you can seamlessly purchase SMS credits from your dashboard by navigating to "Settings > Buy Credits"
    • These credits have lifetime validity; you only pay for what you use
    • No impact on subscription amount, business that doesn't require the SMS channel can still enjoy the benefit of low-cost subscription

  10. Facebook Deep Linking Support

    Like Google you can now also enable deep linking for Facebook and when users click to review your business on mobile the platform will automatically open the mobile app for Facebook on their phone (if available).

    To enable deep linking go inside the feedback form designer and then go to Content & Flow → Scroll down to Advanced Settings and make sure Deep Link is switched on.

    To test make sure your device has Facebook installed (Android and iOS supported) and take it for a spin!

    If for some reason you get an error please reconnect your Facebook connection this should fix it in most instances.
