  2. Review Source Breakdown - Analytics

    We’ve just made it easier for you to see where reviews are coming from.

     

    With this update, the analytics dashboard now shows a clear breakdown of reviews by source (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, etc.). This means you can quickly understand:

     

    • How many reviews do you have on each platform
    • What percentage of your reviews comes from each source
    • Where your reputation is strongest and where you may need to focus more

     

    ✅ Example: If 80% of reviews are from Google but only 4% from Yelp, you instantly know which platforms are driving the most visibility.

     

    This makes reporting more insightful and analysis with your data even stronger.

    Introducing a new funnel type in feedback forms, "Review Sites".

     

    What is it?

    It lets you use the feedback form to redirect users directly to review sites, i.e., Google Business Profile.

     

    ❗Use case

    Sometimes businesses already have a great rating, and they don't want to use multiple review sites or review filters to prevent negative reviews. In those cases, directing users to 'review site' directly makes more sense & beneficial in improving results.

     

    🤔 Why Feedback Form?

    The question is obvious in such cases, but there are numerous benefits of using a feedback form instead of a direct review site URL:

    • Get analytical data that is not possible with a direct URL
    • Gives you flexibility to change the review profile anytime without changing the URL
    • Short & clean URLs that look more professional
    • You can modify the feedback form funnel type at any time if you decide to implement filtering or add more review sites, such as booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc., in the future.

    ⭐ More Accurate Star Ratings

    All widgets now display star ratings with greater accuracy — no more rounding!

     

    🔍 "Read More" Support Added

    On the Slider and Carousel widgets, longer reviews that are cut off now include a “Read more” option so viewers can read the full review.

     

    These updates have already been applied — no action is needed from your side.

  7. WhatsApp Review Requests, Bug Fixes & Improvements

    Known bugs in WhatsApp review requests that were causing delivery issues have been fixed. We're now using the official WhatsApp Business API to avoid delivery errors.

     

    ⚙️ Further Improvements:

    • Grey label business name "Your Opinion" that will suit most industries.
    • Green tick image instead of blank that shows it's related to reviews & matches the WhatsApp theme
    • A smoother and more reliable WhatsApp review request experience for you.

  8. Feedback Form Stats Now Ignore Most Email Scanner Clicks

    When sending review requests via email some email services have automatic link scanners which were being tracked by our system as genuine clicks. We now attempt to filter these automatically so they should no longer be tracked going forward.

  9. Automatically Respond To Google & Facebook Reviews

    We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature — the ability to automatically respond to Google (sign-in only) and Facebook reviews using customizable Auto Respond rules.

     

    This feature gives you complete flexibility by allowing you to create custom rules according to your needs.

     

    🔧 How to Get Started

     

    👥 From your admin account:

    Log in as admin and go to Settings → Auto Respond. This allows you to create rules scoped to specific locations.

     

    ⚙️ Additional Notes

    • Auto Respond uses the same AI functionality used when manually creating prompts or responding to reviews.
    • If you prefer, you can also create static (non-AI) responses.
    • Reviews that are automatically responded to are clearly marked inside the platform.
    • When requiring approval first, please note the links to approve or customize the response remain active only 7 days before the links expire for security purposes.

  10. Combined Updates & Fixes

    A number of improvements and fixes have been deployed today:

     

    Language Support on Feedback Forms

    From today, you can override the feedback form default language for static text such as buttons on the form to match the language that you want to use within the feedback form which may not be the language you have set on your account.

     

    To get started click edit on your feedback form and under the settings tab scroll down to default language.

     

    Select All Organizations on the Reviews Page

    You can now select all organizations with a single click of a button instead of selecting one-by-one which can become a pain with the large number of organizations under one management.

     

    Member Invites Copy Invitation URL

    You can now copy the invitation URL for pending member invites if the email for some reason was not delivered or deleted.
